What Exactly is Student Government Association?

Student Government Association is essentially the voice of the Northern student body, with senators coming from all directions of campus. SGA listens to the wants and needs of NSU and works to make sure that every single voice is heard!

How Can I Be a Part of SGA?

If you enjoy student government , think about joining the association. Elections are held each spring to determine a new president, vice president and senators for the following school year. If you aren't interested in joining the senate, feel free to attend any of our meetings!

When are your meetings held?

SGA meetings are held weekly at 9 p.m., every Tuesday in the Northern State University Missouri River Room. All are welcome to attend!

Where is your office located?

Our office is located on the bottom floor of the NSU Student Center across from the post office! Come hang out with our senators and relax on our super comfy couch!
