Senate Reports School of Education – Currently scheduling a meeting with the dean; teacher job fair is Thursday, student teachers are required to attend
School of Fine Arts – Fine Arts invitational this weekend; Faculty recital this Thursday
College of Arts and Sciences – Dr. Anderson will be leaving Northern
School of Business – PBL Clothing drive was a success; PBL competition will be in Minot, ND in March
At Large – Nothing to report
Residence Halls – RHA will be having a Q&A on ______; hiring process for RA’s is underway, will conclude after spring break; intent to return housing forms have been given out
Graduate School – Not present
International – Not present
Freshman – There is a blood drive on Monday the 26th
President – There will be a special session on March 25th at 7:30pm in the Missouri River room to review the new constitution, all senators are required to attend; meeting with Josh Moon tomorrow regarding GAF increase
Vice President – Had first strategic planning meeting on Monday; there is now an open seat on the senate, Danielle is resigning
Committee Reports
Facilities – Nothing to report
Governance – Encouraged senators to be at the Constitution committee meetings on Sundays at 7:30 in the Round Room in the Library
Public Relations – In the process of drafting content for the new constitution and creating the PR committee in the constitution
Finance – Nothing to report
Constitution – Looking to replace Facilities committee with a State and Local committee that would work with legislators, add an Internal Review committee that would handle impeachment and removal of senators and several other functions

The deadline for being an orientation leader has been extended, encouraged senators to apply; thanked everyone for attending the Black History Month event tonight; informed senators of the BIG team for students who may be struggling at this time of year, whatever it may be
Senator Announcements
There will be a senior recital for Tyler Beck and Tyler Smith on Sunday at 3; there is a playoff basketball game tomorrow night at 6; take advantage of the Confucius Institute Study Abroad 5-week program this summer; Multicultural fair is next Tuesday at 7 in the Missouri River Room; a group of 8 people from the Confucius Institute went to Simmons Elementary school last week, was very successful
